Occupancy & Rates 2018

According to STR, 2018 U.S. Lodging Occupancy increased by 0.5%, and ADR increased by 2.4%, resulting in a 2.9% increase in Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR). Within California, 2018 Occupancy increased by 0.3%, and ADR increased by 3.6%, resulting in a 4.0% increase in Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).
